The three ways to reach us
Send your ship’s name and date on WhatsApp and we reply with a plan built around your hours ashore. If the number you are writing from is not the one you use on WhatsApp, tell us which one is; we never assume a phone number is a WhatsApp number.
Türkiye stays on UTC+3 all year, so during the cruise season the line is open 06:00 to 20:00 in London and 01:00 to 15:00 in New York; an hour earlier in both once the clocks go back.
What to put in your first message
Ephesus is a downhill walk on ancient marble and the day is planned in real minutes, so the more we know, the tighter the plan.
If you would rather be guided in Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese or German, say so at the start. We confirm a licensed guide in that language for your date before we send a price.
Where we are
Our office is inside the Ramada Resort & Golf Hotel, ten minutes north of the Kuşadası cruise terminal and twenty to twenty-five minutes from Ephesus. Walk-ins are welcome and never necessary. Nothing about a port day requires a visit to the office: the plan is agreed in writing, your guide meets you at the pier, and payment is made at the end of the day.

Where we meet you on the day
Your guide waits at the Starbucks inside the cruise port plaza, a two-minute walk from the gangway, holding a card with your name on it. Your e-ticket repeats the meeting point, the time we are working back from and the guide’s mobile number. If your ship docks late, we already know; we track it on the morning of the tour and adjust. The Kuşadası cruise port guide walks you from the ship to the plaza.
Most first questions are already answered on the FAQ page: meeting times, what is included in the rate, how the pay-after policy works, what happens if the ship is delayed. Our cancellation terms are one paragraph: free up to 48 hours before the tour, and since nothing is paid in advance there is never a refund to wait for. If you still have a question after reading them, that is exactly what WhatsApp is for.
