Tours of Ephesus is the cruise-shore brand of Tayf Tours DMC, a travel agency licensed by Türsab (#2290) and based in Kuşadası, Türkiye. These terms cover private tours booked through this website.

Submitting the booking form sends us an inquiry; it is not an instant purchase. We reply by email or WhatsApp to confirm your date, guide, and vehicle. Your tour is booked once we confirm it, and we hold that guide and vehicle for your date.

You pay after your tour, with no deposit and no card details up front. The full payment, cancellation, and ship-delay terms are on our Cancellation & Payment page.

Each tour page lists what its price includes and excludes: the private licensed guide, the private vehicle, entrance fees, and so on. Entrance fees to Ephesus and its museums are set by the authorities and can change; where a fee is not included, the tour page says so.

Please be at the agreed meeting point at the agreed time, and give us an accurate ship name and schedule so we can time the day around it. Ancient sites involve walking on uneven marble and stone; tell us in advance about mobility needs or anyone in your party who needs a gentler pace, and we will plan the most comfortable route.

We run every tour with a licensed guide and a private vehicle, and we time each day around your ship with a return buffer. We are not responsible for events outside our control, such as cruise-line schedule changes, port closures, weather, strikes, or road conditions. In those cases we adjust the plan where we can, and if the tour cannot run, you owe nothing, because nothing is prepaid.

Reviews shown on this site are genuine guest reviews kept with their original names and dates. We do not publish your personal booking details.
