Begin the day at the House of Virgin Mary, the small stone chapel on Mount Koressos, where Mary is believed to have lived her last years. Continue to Ephesus for the main archaeological tour. Five hours, two sites you came to Turkey to see.

Drive up Mount Koressos. About one hour at the chapel and surrounding grounds.

Ephesus Ancient City
Skip-the-line entry and two and a half hours guided through the Library of Celsus, the Great Theatre, and the Curetes Street.

Temple of Artemis
Short stop at one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World on the way back. The lone surviving column and the foundations of the great temple.

Return to port
Back at Kuşadası Starbucks by 13:30.

How we meet you
Skip the exit-gate scramble. Walk through the shopping plaza, find your guide by name at Starbucks, then step into the private vehicle waiting outside.

Your private vehicle drops you at the top of Ephesus Ancient City and collects you at the bottom. About 1.5 kilometres of downhill walking, no climbing back.
