Privacy policy

Tours of Ephesus (Tayf Tours DMC), a Türsab-licensed operator at Ramada Resort & Golf Hotel, Kuşadası, Aydın, Türkiye, is responsible for the personal data you share with us. You can reach us any time at booking@toursofephesus.com.

When you send a booking inquiry through this site, we collect:

• your name and email address;
• your phone number and cruise ship, if you choose to add them;
• the tour, date, and party size you request, plus any notes you write;
• the IP address and browser (user agent) of the request, which we keep to protect the form from spam and abuse.

We do not collect or store payment card details, because you pay in person at the end of the tour.

We use your details only to reply to your inquiry, arrange and run your tour, and keep a record of the booking. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

A few trusted providers handle parts of the service on our behalf:

• your inquiry is stored in our booking database (Neon) and delivered by email (Resend);
• the website is hosted on Vercel, which also provides our cookieless site analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights), anonymised, aggregated page views and performance timings only;
• a bot-protection check on the form is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile;
• if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that chat is handled by WhatsApp (Meta).

Each provider processes your data only to deliver its part of the service.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run your tour and meet our operational and record-keeping needs, then we remove them. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it. Email booking@toursofephesus.com and we will take care of it. Depending on where you live, for example under Türkiye’s KVKK (Law 6698) or the EU and UK GDPR, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
