Cancellation & payment
One promise runs through everything we do: you pay after your tour. That is what shapes how booking, payment, and cancellation work here, and it keeps the risk on us, not on you.
You pay after your tour
Booking takes no deposit and no card details. When you confirm your date, we hold your private guide and vehicle for you. You pay only at the end of the tour, after your guide returns you to the cruise port, in cash (USD, EUR, or TRY at a fair rate) or by any major card through our mobile card reader.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before
You can cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before your tour start time. Because nothing is prepaid, there is no refund to wait for and no fee to settle. A short message on WhatsApp or by email is all we need.
Changes inside 48 hours
If your plans change closer to the day, contact us as early as you can. We hold a private guide and a private vehicle for your date, so earlier notice always helps. Since no payment and no card details are taken in advance, there is nothing charged automatically.
If your ship is delayed or rerouted
There is no rebooking penalty. Cruise schedules change, and we plan for it: we track your ship and shape the day around its actual arrival. If your port call is cancelled or missed through no fault of your own, you owe nothing, because nothing was prepaid.
How you pay
Payment is due only at the end of the tour. We accept cash in USD, EUR, or TRY at a fair rate, or any major card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through a mobile card reader. No deposit and no card details are required to book.
